"I have been going to Stateline Polaris looking at the Victory bikes for about 4 years now. Last year JR talked me into taking a Kingpin for a test ride and I was in love. We decided that after the way we had always been treated by JR and all the crew that we would not want to buy from anyone else. I placed my custom order in October from Korea. AJ and Shellie were very helpful and suggested some custom parts that we might want to add (which we did). The bike arrived just in time for our arrival home from Korea and everything was perfect. Thank you Stateline Polaris for making our experience great, we love our bike and we have been telling everyone how great of a job you did for us."

"I was in your store the end of July to see if there was a Vegas Jackpot on the floor. There was! The store owner spent a considerable amount of time with me going over the bikes, the differences, what makes Victory a such great m/c, etc. I was sold! I also learned that he was opening a store in Kennewick, WA which really excited me. I was determined to be the first sale at his new store. The opening deadline for the new store was delayed and my window for ordering my Jackpot was fading, so on Saturday (10/14/06), I could wait no longer. I went back to Stateline and placed my order.
Unfortunately I had forgotten my printout of what I wanted in options, so I used the store PC to rebuild my bike. I thought everything looked the same so we finalized the order. To my horror, when showing my order papers to my boss, I noticed that I had selected the wrong engine option (also forgot my glasses on Saturday). A.J. asked me if eveything was correct (the error was 100% mine).
I called today (10/16) and Shelly was able to contact Polaris and correct MY mistake.
Thanks everyone. To date this has been a great experience in how to earn and KEEP customers! Thanks again guys (and gals).
